New Short Attention Span Workshops and Holiday Hours at Canterbury Stained Glass
We are now offering new Short Attention Span Workshops in Fused Glass Pendant/Ornament making, Stained Glass Scrapbooking and Kiln-fired Wine Bottle Cheese Cutting Boards. See our class schedule for dates and times.
We are also offering a Girl’s Night Out Fused Glass Pendant/Ornament class on Friday, Dec. 2nd, 6:30-8:30. Yes, you can BYOC (bring your own cocktails), 21 years of age only.
All workshops are specially priced at $20 each with all materials included.
Due a crazy demand, we will now kiln fire and flatten glass bottles for you. You can make your own cheese cutting boards at home. Just $5 per bottle for firing. It’s never been easier to cut the cheese in style.
Thanksgiving Hours:
We need a little family time too. On Weds., Nov. 23rd we will close at 1:00 p.m. We be closed on Thanksgiving and on Fri., Nov. 25th. We will be open on Sat., Nov. 26th and since we have classes offered on Sun., Nov. 27th feel free to stop in if you need supplies.
In keeping with tradition, Saturday, Nov. 26th is the big Michigan vs Ohio State game. Hey, I’ll admit it, I’m a Buckeye! So, to get in the spirit of the game, anyone wearing Michigan hats, shirts or whatever will receive 15% off any non-sale purchase. Wear Ohio State stuff and get 20% off. This year OSU needs all the help they can get!

Holiday Hours at Canterbury Stained Glass
Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to let you know what is happening at Canterbury Stained Glass.
We will be closed on Fri., Dec. 24th and will reopen on Mo., Dec. 27th. We will also be closed on Friday, Dec. 31st and reopen on Monday, Jan. 3rd.

Road
Hi Everyone,
Happy Halloween from all of us at Canterbury Stained Glass.
I just wanted to let everyone know about a temporary road closing near Canterbury Stained Glass.
Starting Friday, Oct. 17th through Oct. 24th (they tell us) the Southbound side of the Woodward Loop will will closed at Orchard Lake Rd. They are dismantling the overhead walkway left over from the old Transportation Center.
If traveling from the North or West,
- Take the Woodward Loop South
- Turn right at Orchard Lake Rd
- Turn Left at Wessen Rd
-Turn right at Woodward Ave.
- Take the first turnaround so you are traveling North on
Woodward
- Turn left at Whittemore St.
- Turn left at S. Saginaw St.
- Park at lot on right side of building or at meters on
street.
Or take,
- Woodward Loop South
- Turn left at Auburn Rd
- Turn right at Center St.
- Turn right at Cottage St.
- Turn right at Woodward Ave.
- Turn left at Whittemore St.
- Turn left at S. Saginaw st.
I prefer the first set of direction, but we a few opinions here at Canterbury. I hope this isn’t too confusing for you. If you get lost, just call us (248-454-8818) and we will talk you in.
I also have included a map for your traveling pleasure.

Well we are getting the new store in Pontiac together and we just received the first glass restock order so if you have been waiting for an order it should be in.� Call us at 248-454-8818.
Also the store will be closed from July 21st through July 28th.� Jack needs some beach time.

Holiday
Hi Everyone,
Summer is almost over and we just wanted to update you on the holiday happenings at Canterbury Stained Glass.
First, our Labor Day weekend hours.
Saturday, September 1, Sunday, September 2 and Monday, September 3 – closed.
Tuesday, September 4 – 10-6
All Labor Day weekend come in visit us at the Arts, Beats & Eats festival in Pontiac. We will have some great deals on gift items and will be taking class registrations. Paintings, jewelry and pottery will also be on exhibit. We will be at 91 N. Saginaw St. inside in the nice air conditioned space. Hope to see you there.
Starting September 17th our new Fall hour will take efffect.
Monday – 10-4
Tuesday & Wednesday – 10-8
Thursday & Friday – 10-6
Saturday – 10-4
Sunday – closed
